Multitasking creates a greater demand on your cognitive resources, like attention and working memory. Indeed also gives an example of responding to an email while listening to a podcast. That’s awesome. If you are listening to this podcast and sending an email, good job. I want to talk about why this increase in brain activity can be bad for you.
